Please carefully read our house rules before booking. By making a reservation, you implicitly agree to comply with all rules listed in our Waiver Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to:
Hen, stag or similar parties are not allowed. No guests outside those included on the booking.
No extra guests or extra pets. This could result in an Immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. If required, we are permitted to review cameras to verify the number of guests for security reasons.
Guest Verification and Security footage: If required, we are permitted to review cameras to verify the number of guests for security reasons.
Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind in the house. This could result in $1000 minimum fee
We respectfully request that you honor and adhere to check-in and check-out times. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please request before your trip. We need to to accommodate enough time for cleaning. There is a $150 late check-out fee applicable deposit if last minute delay impacts incoming guests.
Septic System Guidelines: Use only toilet paper for flushing. Clogging for other items during your stay will incur plumber fees for repairs, according to assessment.
No Videography or photography for professional purposes without prior consent.
Cleaning is provided in your stay, but excessive dirtiness may incur a minimum $300 fee. A $50 charge applies for leaving garbage behind.
Personal Responsibility for Water Safety: It is a requirement that you bring and wear a personal life vest when swimming in the lake.
Following your booking, we will send you a copy of our Waiver Agreement. It is required for you and your guests to review and agree, and sign it prior to your stay. Please treat this form as you would when checking into a hotel, where it is customary to sign rental agreement or liability forms. Your signature on this form is required.
Service Access: In some cases, our maintenance team may require access to the Property. Guests must allow service personnel access for repairs, and maintenance. Regular visits ensure optimal functioning of the property.
Maintaining Safety Standards: Guests are prohibited from moving Safety Signs and Equipment in order to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. (e.g. Orange life rings, fire pit bucket, etc...)
If you are bringing your furry friends on your trip. There is no extra cost but please Let us know what Pet are your bringing the size and how many. No other animal is allowed in the property without approval.
This is a no shoes inside the home. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
Going on a frozen lake is NOT recommended.
OTHER IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
Guests will have direct access to an ungated /unlocked above-ground hot tub.
Lake (Waterfront Property)
Guests will have direct, unrestricted access to the Lake next to the property.
The property is very close to open waters and pose a danger. Lake surrounds the property and has no fence. One side shallow, other sides have a rocky entry and could be deeper waters. Children and pets should always be monitored. Please bring life vests. Going on frozen lake is at own risk.
Treehouse
Children's treehouse. Always monitor children in treehouse as it is 2nd story height and close to open water.
Decks and areas without rails or protection
There are Large rocks and deck are above open lake water without a fence. Property along lake on south of property also does not have a fence and is higher above rocky water entry.
Security cameras/audio recording devices
The property has security cameras capable of recording or sending video or still images. Security cameras are only outside the property for security purposes. No audio devices of any kind are used on the property.
Potentially dangerous animal
Raccoons, insects and pests are common for cottage country. Bears have been seen in the area.
